About these terms

These terms apply when you use novellebuildgroup.com or Novelle Build Group's missed-call recovery, preliminary-estimate, callback, text and voicemail features. Using a feature means you agree to use it lawfully and as described here. Our Privacy Policy explains how related information is handled.

Preliminary estimates are not quotes

Any range shown by the estimator is an early planning estimate based only on the project type, ZIP code, approximate size, finish level and other information submitted. It is not a bid, quote, offer, appraisal, guarantee, construction agreement or promise that Novelle will perform the work for that amount.

Actual pricing may change after a site review, measurements, confirmed scope, selections, plans, engineering, permits, access, demolition, structural conditions, concealed conditions, labor and material availability, specialty work and other project-specific facts. Work proceeds only under a separate written agreement signed by the appropriate parties.

Transactional estimate text program

When an unanswered caller presses 1 after the recorded disclosure, the caller requests one automated transactional text from Novelle containing a private preliminary-estimate link and callback request. A user of the public estimator may separately check an unchecked box to request one automated text containing the submitted preliminary planning range. Message frequency is one link text per missed-call recovery request and, only if separately requested, one range-copy text per public-estimator submission. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Callbacks and voicemail

Submitting the private estimate form asks Novelle to call the originating number, and submitting the public estimator asks Novelle to call the mobile number entered, about the submitted project during the selected window. A callback window is a preference, not a guarantee of an exact time. If you choose voicemail after the recording disclosure, your message will be recorded for review and follow-up.

Private links and acceptable use

Estimate links are intended for the caller who requested them and normally expire after seven days. Do not share a private link, submit another person's information without authority, probe or disrupt the service, automate abusive requests, bypass controls, or use the site for unlawful, deceptive or harmful activity.

Availability and changes

We may correct, change, suspend or discontinue a website feature when needed. We do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change; the effective date identifies the current version.
