Our hosting, form-processing, and security providers may also process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser or device type, timestamps, requested pages, referral information, and security logs.

Form processing and service providers

Project inquiries are first saved in Novelle Build Group's protected website database so a failed email notification does not erase the request. FormSubmit is used only as an email-notification relay. FormSubmit states that it processes form information to operate its service and retains form submissions for 30 days. You can review its privacy policy.

We may also share information with providers that support website hosting, domain and email services, security, and other necessary business operations. These providers receive information only as needed to perform their services. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell or rent personal information submitted through this website.

Cookies and analytics

We use a necessary cookie named nbg_cookie_consent for up to 12 months to remember whether you allowed or declined optional cookies. If you allow them, an nbg_attribution cookie stores source, campaign, referring domain, landing-page path, campaign identifiers, and first-visit time for up to 90 days. An nbg_page_count cookie stores a page-visit count for up to 90 days.

These optional cookies do not give us a visitor's name, email address, or telephone number. Attribution data becomes associated with you only if you submit a project inquiry. We do not currently install Meta Pixel or another third-party advertising or analytics tracker. Hosting, security, and form-processing providers may use technical identifiers necessary to provide and protect their services. Cloudflare may set its strictly necessary __cf_bm security cookie to distinguish legitimate traffic from automated abuse.

Security and spam prevention

To protect the inquiry form from abuse, the website converts limited request data into a one-way daily security token used for short-term rate limiting. We do not store the visitor's raw IP address in the inquiry record, and the token is not used for advertising.

Retention

We retain inquiry and communication records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate or perform requested services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention may vary depending on the nature of the inquiry and our relationship with you.

Your choices

You may choose not to submit the form and can contact us directly instead. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. We will review and respond to requests as required by applicable law.

You can use the Privacy choices button on any page to allow or decline optional cookies. Declining removes the optional attribution and page-count cookies from this website.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. However, no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children's privacy
